Our parties are set out to cover a full hour so please try and get to the party on time so that all the children get to participate in the games.
There is a minimum requirement of eight children so if your child cannot go, please let the party host know so they can have enough participates.
Yes we do, please notify us ASAP if your child has any allergies to dairy or nuts so we can make arrangements. There is no gluten, egg or soy products.
The parties are conducted on weekdays Mon – Friday 4:00pm or 4:30pm. Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:30pm and Sundays 10:00am – 4:30pm.
We have two party rooms and each room can hold 15 maximum children. The minimum is 10 children per party.
Due to the nature of the games played at the party the age requirement is between 5 and 15 years old.
Yes you are required to pay a 50% deposit.
It costs $15.00 per child during the week, $20.00 per child on Saturday and $25.00 on Sunday. This price includes their chocolate artwork, which they get to take home, many chocolate games and lots of prizes.
All bookings and deposits need to go through our website. You can either pay by PayPal or credit card via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay your deposit.
We offer up to 20 parties a week at our venue but it is a good idea to get in early to get the time/session you would prefer. We would recommend at least 3 – 4 weeks in advance to get the invitations out.
Yes you can but you will need to call us to arrange that. The website will only help you with your initial booking.
The parties go for one hour. We will start the party on time even if all children are not present but can help those who come late.
We have a senior party host and a junior party host to run the party for you. Both are local young people committed to looking after your children. Most of our party hosts have drama backgrounds so it is their job to make sure all children are entertained and have a great time.
We would recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the party starts to welcome your guests. Try not to arrive too early as the room may not be ready for you.
The children play games such as Pass the Parcel, Yummo Bingo, Suck the smartie, dancing games as well as decorating their chocolates. We will add new games sometimes to spice it up a bit!
Parents are welcome to stay and hang out in our lounge, they can stay and watch the kids from the viewing area or they can leave the children and come back later to pick them up.
We are not licensed to have any food other than chocolate on the premises for health reasons. But don’t worry the kids will be eating chocolates during the party so they won’t really want food anyway.
We monitor how much chocolate is given out to the children and we will pull back if there are some children eating too much chocolate. Most of the time they are too busy playing games to notice the chocolate.
Smash cakes are great fun as the birthday child gets to smash the cake with a hammer. The cake then becomes the lolly bags and handed out at the end of the party. The smash cakes are an additional $34.95. We need at least two days notice if you want one. These are the highlight of the party so we recommend that you get one to give your child the full experience. The smash cake can be purchased when you book the party online.
We do not allow full cakes to be brought into the parties but we do allow cupcakes, which the children can take home with them.
Sorry but we don’t have the facilities to hang a piñata from the ceiling.
Yes you can bring your own decorations for the room, just make sure they don’t take up too much space and that you get there to set up before everyone gets there.
If you don’t want a smash cake then you can definitely bring in your own lolly bags which you can hand out as the children are leaving the party.
We have a commercial grade machine and yes we do supply tea, coffee and hot chocolates at a cost of $2 per cup.
We would advise that it is best to open up the presents at home, given there is not much time outside of the party activities.
It’s essential that you know if any children invited to the party have allergies. There will be traces of peanuts, soy and dairy in our party chocolates. There are no egg products. We will need to know this information before the party and we can accommodate for any children who do have allergies with other products. All children with allergies are catered for but we just need to know before the party starts to risk any incidents. We don’t carry Epipens so any children with severe allergies should either avoid the party or bring their own medication.
When you book online will ask if any children have allergies, it is important that you fill in this information to the best of your ability.
Our rooms are fully enclosed and safe environments for any children with disabilities. We have party hosts with experience in that area and we go to extreme lengths to make all children feel loved and entertained. Wheelchair access is available.
You can download your invitations from our website to print yourself or call into our venue on Saturday’s to get printed copies and envelopes.

Yes you welcome to come and see the venue. Saturdays are the best days as there are usually parties on so you will see us in action but any other day, you would be best to contact us on email@example.com to organise a viewing.
